Berrymill Pond Trail

Part of the Pharaoh Lake Wilderness
Length: 5.5 miles
Difficulty: Moderate
Elevation Gain: From the south, this trail climbs 740 feet in the first 1.5 miles, then descends 235 feet over the next 1.7 miles to Berrymill Pond. It the descends another 235 feet to Putnam Pond.
Trailhead: South: New Hague Road, North: Putnam Pond Campgrond (day-use fee when campground is open.)
Type: Out-and-back
Activities: Hiking, camping
Amenities: There is a lean-to on Berrymill Pond
Note: this trail connects to the Tongue Mountain Range Trail.
Safety Note: There are Timber rattlesnakes in this area.
