Cod Pond Trailhead Sign

There is NO sign for Oregon Trail! The destinations listed on the signs are Cod Pond, Stewart Creek, North Bend, and Baldwin Springs.
Shortly after the trail begins there is also a sign saying fish as bait is prohibited in Little Joe Pond.
The trail is easy to follow but be aware that there are several muddy and several stony spots along the trail. There are several trees down across places in the trail. After about 1/5 mile the trail splits from the Cod Pond Trail. At this point there is a registration book and clear signs for Cod Pond and the other trails.
